I know, that's why I've been trying to buy less expensive cuts, cook in batches and look for practical, yet delicious recipes.

Oh, I know! I've been looking at briskets and shaking my head. And it's not just brisket - all beef prices are ridiculous!

I was going to buy steak today, but nooo way.
For one good New York strip, or a rib eye, we're talking $25.
I bought a pack of 5 bone-in pork chops for just over $7.
Edit to add-- I did buy a pound of ground beef for about $7 also.

My rant is finding one of my Global knives (she like to use the small one) laying next to an empty Amazon box…. Almost every got dam day! 
but I love her.
Finding my screwdrivers from the garage spread through out the house in various junk drawers… damit! but I wouldn’t have it any other way. /rant

Can’t beat that!
They did have some hams on sale here as low as .78 cents per pound during Easter, but that's over now. I do like ham in omelets and soups. I have a small section in the freezer from the last time I bought ham.
Occasionally I buy some steaks through Omaha with coupons and free shipping, but we are eating more chicken these days. It's weird to have beef more expensive than seafood, but that's been the case lately.

Facebook did an update.
It sucks.
I'm not sure what the intent is, but it's now a mix of old school Facebook with AI thrown in among other things.
I did an update to all my apps yesterday, then restarted the phone a few hours ago.
So far, all of the people I've talked to about it (IF they noticed it yet) do not like it at all.
Your profile layout will not look the same.
Here are some recent comments.

For some reason my phone won’t let me text or call people I communicate with, and won’t let me call the army pharmacy numbers.
I did some research into the Facebook thing.
Apparently this change is only happening to Android users.
The navigation bar being at the bottom now is driving me bats. Lol

I have Android and it has not effected me......yet.
I think I'll get used to it.
Opera web browser has their tool bar at the bottom.
