Last week they were forecasting tons for us too, now saying we may get 3" tops.

no... Look at the lane the cars are driving in ...
Tree is growing on the sign ?

There are a few feet between the tree and the sign...but the angle might make one think otherwise. Yes, the direction of the sign...or the cars is why I took the photo.
