Bear at his finest

Today Bear & Liam went for a ride with me. When I looked in the back seat, Bear was laying on top of Liam. I didn't get a pix of that.

Sometimes life just tires bear out.

The great falls of Paterson NJ

At the top of the falls is a hydro electric plant that is an historic monument. The falls is way prettier than the pix show.

Here's another pic for you.
This is one of my son Jeffrey.
He's been my rock since my sister passed on 2/22/12 and before that.
Don't know what I'd have done if I hadn't had him around then, or since.
He's always been my sanity and Mommy's special fella.
He's been through his own trials as well, and you can bet your boots I've been there for him too.
My baby...
He's going to be 34 this July!

Here's my portulaca. As it grows, it will get heavier and cascade over the sides of the pot (as long as I water it regularly ).

Some of my none food ones.

Great pics, Paymaster. After dinner me and DW stopped at a lakefront park and caught this sunset. Darn iPhone washed out the color. The sun was actually a rich red color like a fireball. Oh well...

Great photos, luvs! Where were you?

The photo below is the view from my chair in the living room, on a hot summer day. I kept the shades down to save on air conditioning, and it looks as if the fires of hell are out there.

Thought the sillouettes of my plants and candles on the table in front of the orange light were pretty!

So, my lovely ladyfriend got me a scanner for my birthday last march. . .I have been working on scanning in all of the Film stuff that I took before digital photography became the "standard format".

This is from when I moved to Holland, and flying into Schiphol. These are tulip fields from above:

All places I've been Ralph, except for Bermuda.
Nice!
Did you do the glass floor up in Blackpool Tower?:wow:
:D

Been there several times, stayed in a nice little B&B, good food too to be found.
Walking the prom at night is a sight to behold, however...:yum::ohmy:

Yeah, like most coastal towns the world around, the nighttime scene is a LOT different from the daytime, uh...family friendly atmosphere. The night scene there is FULL of character, lol. . .I assume you know what I mean, by "character", lol!

There is a LOT of great food to be found, and I think that the UK gets a the poop end of the stick, when it comes to "Ideas of good food", but there is LOADS of good food to be had!. .and it isn't all fish n' chips(with mushy peas).

One of my favorite coastal towns, is Scarborough

BUT...................................................

I loved, L.O.V.E.D. living on O'ahu. I mean, it's just night and day to anyplace else in the states I can think of. It's the only place in the USA that feels like a different country.

I mean, c'mon. . . just look at this

Or, my second fave, Kaua'i

The waterfalls in here, are 3% feet tall

Maui, with sunrise at Haleakala is worth the trip alone.

I could go all night. . . There is just TOO much out there do see, travel is mandatory.

Ahhhhh, Scarborough!! :D
Been there too, via Filey (the steps down to the water where folks put chewed gum on the wall? lol) and Brid (lovely market!)
One place, we stopped at a shop and bought fish net to decorate the bathroom ceiling, along with shells and stuff.

Night life on the coastal towns surely is interesting, and yes.. often the UK gets the poop end of the stick re the food.
There are so many GOOD things to eat.
I miss going down Wakey to Kirkgate for tea, then shopping at Morrisons.
 LOL

Why thank ya! I always forget about this thread.

Hell, I'll add a couple more, since the Olympics are on, here some of my London Shots. . .I LOVE London in the Nighttime, one of the most beautiful cities when the sun goes down:
