The mozzarella got to brown but sure smells great.

It tasted wonderful - didn't need bacon at all and was plenty salty from the cheese. I imagine it was the parmesan as I used the good stuff from Italy that I grate myself. I'd do this again, for sure.

The mushrooms I sautéed with a bit of butter rather than oil.
