Please Do Pray Or Have Good Thoughts

For my best friend Jules Mother, our darling Hildegard.
She's 96 years old.
She has been in hospital.
We're hoping she will be treated and released to our facility.
She's been pretty much independent in her home all this time.
I love her like my own Mother.
Thank you.

Hildegard passed away a short while ago.
Thank you all for the warm words and prayer.
Her pastor was at the hospital this morning shortly after Jules and her brother were called by the hospital saying, it's time, you may want to get here.
He prayed, then she gently went to Heaven.

Sorry, Lora. A lovely-looking lady. I can tell by the expression on her face that she was wonderful!

She was a gentle person, very gifted in making others feel comfortable in any situation.
She loved to talk about anything and everything.
She lived a long, good life.
I'll miss her coming with us gals to go out for dinner,
or just going to her lovely home watching her can peaches or bake pies.

I'm so so sorry for your loss!!! Seems like she was a very nice person & that she treated you with love & kindness. I'm sure that she will be loved & remembered always & forever.

Her viewing service is Sunday from 2-8pm.
I'll go around 3, because I'm working Sunday night and will need some sleep beforehand.
Funeral is Monday with a luncheon after.

I have the obit in case anyone would care to read it.

I love that Master Booey, the Boston Terrier - was also mentioned with all the other family members.
I love that dog. ☺️💕 and believe I have posted pictures of him here before.
Every day before Jules would go to work, she would drop off Booey at "Grandma Daycare".
They lived on a farm initially outside of town, when Jules and her brother Philip were growing up.
Eventually they sold the farm and moved into town in a beautiful little home in the suburbs next to the big Lutheran church.
That's the home, and might I say a very homey home where I first met Hildegard.
She said hello, Julie has told me a lot about you.

I said, yes ma'am , I love your daughter like my own sister.
When I first came to work at Northcrest Rehab and Nursing,.. we hit it off right from the start.
She said "if you are a good nurse like my Julie, I have the utmost respect for you and what you do".
The rest is ..as they say, history.
I'm going to miss that Lady so much and the small talk and BIG talk.
She was just like a family member to me.

Jules changed her Facebook profile picture today.
I love it.
Then there is Booey.🐾❤️

Our friend Pam just now found out about it.
She's been on vacation and had no idea.
I've been on the phone with her.
She ,her husband Brian and myself with my son Jeff will be there for them on Sunday afternoon.

Last post here.
Hildegard is in Heaven.
She knows how very much she was loved.
