The way I'm looking at it, it appears to be cylinder shaped with an opening on the bottom, so that's where I guessed pepper mill.
Maybe an old ceramic one.

Hmm, I see your point. The picture fails to properly convey dimension. It looks flat, but you can imagine 3D and depth if your mind so chooses. For a guessing game, the photography should've been better and displayed the dimension more properly.

It's the Dawn (battery-powered) Power Scrubber for scrubbbing your dishes by hand.

Yep that's a (battery-powered) Gadget for sure...

Yeah, had it for about six years.

It still works, but the batteries are low. I'll install new batteries in it this week. The scrubbing head is also replacable. Have another one for when the brush wears out.
