New Toy In-House

That's really nice Sherm. How much weight can the shelves handle? I could use one of those for my IP, coffee maker. microwave and toaster. Can you post a link please.

Sure, my friend!! Here it is. Ordered & Getting it from Amazon.com!! They actually have this in 3 styles, but this one is the cheapest. Less than $90!! The 3rd shelf down can be used as a convient slide-out tray!:WitchBrewsSmiley:

If Nate told you how he prepared/cooked those coconut shrimp, I sure would like to know too. They look great! If they were frozen, I'd like to know the brand.

I'll ask, Cooksie !

I think I misunderstood him........

You didn’t do them in your ninja ? OOPS!

[FONT=&quot] Fresh, raw from the supermarket.
I don't have the recipe handy, but it was very simple. And I baked them in the oven.

Cleaned, rinsed, and patted shrimp dry
Mixed corn starch and some cayenne powder together
Whipped some egg whites till foamy
Used store bought sweetened coconut (baking aisle)
Dunked shrimp in corn starch mixture, then egg whites, then coconut.

Baked at 400 for like 15 minutes I think. Flipped them half way.
