Cherry Cobbler

Kinda splatted on the plate like road-kill. Maybe I should've drained the cherries or used less butter. Taste darn good though.

OH MY LORD Keltin!! For some reason I didn't see this till now. I LOVE CHERRIES!! This looks awesome. I wish you could send me a piece. It looks great to me flat or not it will eat the same!!

Thanks Peeps and Mary! The crust was puffy and nice with great cripsy edges like I like, but there was a LOT of juice! I think I should have drained the cherries. But in the end, that juice soaked up into the crust and was sinfully yummy!!!
