🌹 Still trying to get it right.
My girl requested TLT (taylor ham (pork roll for those outside NJ), lettuce and tomato) on toasted whole grain bread. So thats whats for dinner.

Any plans?

I've got a turkey breast in the fridge that's thawed so I'll probably slow roast it. Not sure what I'll be making with it yet.

OH OH OH YUMMY!! Cranberry sauce or relish, stuffing, mashed taters, gravy, corn and brussels sprouts. When is dinner?

That sounds like a winner Peeps. I think I have some cranberries, corn on the cob and brussels sprouts in the freezer along with some stuffing mix that I keep on hand for topping casseroles within the pantry so it looks like I have it all. Dinner will be around 6 but if you can't make it by then, I'm sure there will be plenty of leftovers.

YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY!! LOL

I have 2 house calls scheduled for tomorrow - The guys from Best Buy and the cable guy. SO I think the TLT sandwiches will be pushed till tomorrow because it is a quick easy meal to prep. I don't like to start cooking or eating when workers are expected. So tonight will be meatloaf or some variation of, brussels sprouts, mashed taters and gravy.

I have two very large Italian meatballs stuffed with mozzarella cheese that I plan to bake tonight. The side dishes will be broccoli and potatoes of some kind. I'm tending towards rosemary roasted potatoes in EVOO.

Leni I almost forgot about roasted potatoes. I haven't made them in so long. I use some rosemary and thyme kosher salt, fresh ground pepper and olive oil on potato wedges. I have everything to do it. I may make some of those myself tonight. Funny how you forget about things, or at least I do. LOL I'm not sure what's for dinner. I have a small pork tenderloin and some 93% ground chuck, also have broccoli and spinach in the refrigerator. All depends on how I feel after my workout this afternoon. I've been working out twice a day a.m. and p.m. and I haven't built my endurance up yet. Walking and fast walking with incline little over 3 miles a day.

I had some wonderful hot and sour soup for lunch. It was loaded with pork, different types of mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and tofu.

Now the down side, my kitchen sink is stopped up. I've done one treatment of drain cleaner, but it didn't work :(. I'm going to try once more, and if it doesn't work, I'm going to have to call a plumber :censored:.

So, what's for dinner just depends on what's up with the sink.

Sounds like you had a wonderful lunch Cooksie. I sure hope the drain cleaner works. Plumbers are EXPENSIVE!

Still don't know what I'll be making for dinner.
I need to run out to the store, but the weather here is so wildly strange today, don't know if I feel like going anywhere.
It might be something very simple.. like soup and grilled cheese or chipped beef gravy on biscuits.

Have porcupine meatballs simmering on the stove and will also have mashed potatoes and corn to go with.....wanted something comforting for all this rain!

Crisis diverted , having kielbasa and Dietz and Watson sauerkraut (I'll never go back to Vlasic again.)

A roasted a small gammon joint and had that with mixed vegetables, boiled potatoes, pineapple simmered in the sauce then quick roasted and a white wine reduction sauce.

Dinner plans have changed. I went to Vons to pick up a few items and in their clearance section was a spiral cut and glazed ham. It had been $20 but I got it for $9. :chef:

We have lots of sandwich items in the frig and I bought some very nice bread this afternoon, so I think we'll be having some super sandwiches and a salad.

Salisbury steaks simmered in burgundy wine, fresh mushroom and onion pan gravy, corn, steamed Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes.

No Carbs- Looks like Beef and Veggie Stir Fry.
I lost 15 lbs since Super Bowl Hurrah.
I can even button my pants! LOL

beef w/ shrooms & gravy, salad, a cranberry pecan cookie, & a pudding & 'nilla wafer parfait~

I made a grilled cheese, bacon and caramelized onion sandwich to dip in tomato soup.
'twas Mmmm mmm good.

Yummy looking dinner Peeps!

Okay, I'm full....good thing WW gives me all those extra weekly points

Oh Peeps - your gravy looks so heavenly. And those brussels sprouts! I love them. We just had Salisbury steak last week, but I may need to make it again before too many days pass.

Mama, that turkey breast looks perfect. Wish I could buy one here - our main supermarket used to have them now and then, but not lately. Yummy dinner.

Sass, your sandwich sounds really good, too. I'm going to have to make one of those real soon - and yes, I can buy Campbell's tomato soup.

Dan- congrats! Are doing this on low carb?

Thanks Karen. I bought 6 turkey breasts when they were on sale for $1.19/lb. after the holidays and put them in the freezer.

Thank you Mama and Karen!!

Mama - WOW Beautiful plate makes me want turkey and stuffing. YUMMY

Mary - Beautiful chop and salad.
