texture from them .. and since i felt like it ..
Abts .. smoked the day before ...
then dipped in pancake batter .. and ...
deep fried .. i put maple syrup on top when done ..
it was really tasty ...

Pretty slick.
I reheated some ABTs in the microwave last night. They tasted good, like I had just smoked them, but you do lose a little texture in the bacon. Fortunately I like soft bacon anyway.
Now where was this post around 7:30 (lol).

I suppose I am the only one reading this going what the heck is an ABT.
I used google to find out. It took awhile. From the posts I thought for sure the B stood for bacon. Bad assumption.
ABT = Atomic Buffalo Turds
common ingredients: smoked cheese filled jalapenos wrapped with bacon. Wow do those sound good. Now I want to try some!!!!!
(now that I know ...I do see how they got their name. )
