Peep, I just saw this question. I believe Jan made black olive tapanade in puff pastry.

Yes it’s puff pastry with tapenade. I first got the idea from Ina Garden when searching for appetizer recipes. The first one’s I made were Palmiers. Here’s the link to Ina’s recipe.
