How to handle pest phone calls!!

When you receive a phone call that's blocked or "unknown" - just answer it and whisper: "It's done, but there's blood everywhere!" Then quietly hang up!

Yes, as a matter of fact. On two different occasions. The first time was inadvertantly done to the person who sent me the advice in the first place and he wasn't expecting it back and had called me on a cell phone the number of which I didn't recognice! He was quite surprised and called me right back on his landline, laughing his tail off!! Thank goodness!

Years ago, my father got extremely tired of getting called by people selling aluminum siding right at dinner time - or people bugging you on the phone to vote for their candidate so he got ahold of a kid's freeon toy horn and whenever the phone would ring during mealtimes, he'd pick up the receiver and blast the caller with the freeon horn. This was all well and fine until one day when Mum got a flat tire on her way home from work and called home from a pay phone nearby to get Dad to come and help her out......................

I have a somewhat different road to that objective.

Those people are here to help me. There is a lot of frustration in life and they have been sent to me to help relieve that frustration.

You can say literally anything to them. Some of what I use.

If the caller is male I ask for their phone number at home and a date.

Sometimes, I ask for a credit card for chocolates for my daughter's school.

Sell them bibles from church.

The longer that are on the phone, the more money they loose.

I ask them where they are calling from and how the weather is there. I then go into any kind of conversation that I can think of. They will hand up on me, and that is GOOD!!!!
