Dishes are washed as we go along with the cooking and completed after we finish eating.
Does anyone leave dirty dishes in the sink for long periods?

Me either,I always make sure to clean everything after dinning.

Part of the reason why I don't make big dinners any more.
Less to have to cook, less to have to clean up and far less food left over to have to fight to get into the fridge!
Meat, starch and a vegetable. That's it! And maybe, a desert. No more hard-core 10-course heavy meal cooking and five-desert making for me!! Hah!!
