I had a roast beef ( left over from yesterday's eye round ) lathered with mayo on a slice of rye
seeded bread. Oreo cookies for dessert. They were damp, because the last one to use / eat them, failed to close the container properly. Tina had leftover taco's.

Low carb/Keto Philly cheese casserole. It's really good!

Leftovers here. We need to clear some things out of refer before we go to Chicago.

Well, more leftovers…green beans from garden, zucchini rom garden, mango coleslaw from TJ’s, and bbq pork sandwiches.

Tonight we are going out for Korean. We are done cooking till we get back from Chicago.

I'm going to make either salmon or the recipe for Pizzagna.

French Onion Soup pork chops in the crockpot. Good flavor, but a bit dry. Next time I'll use either pork steaks or country style ribs - cuts from the butt instead of loin.

I think I'll try making the leftovers into tacos.

I was going to make a recipe for salmon bites that I posted , but decided to do the whole fillets in the pan. I basted them with some Lawry's Korean marinade. Super delicious.
Thanks Johnny, I did some caramelized carrots as well and then tossed some sprouts in too.
I've saved back a container for my starving son.
I showed him what I made, he said Oooh got any left?

I couldn‘t get over how good those carrots were after being in the ground all winter.

She decided she was to tired to go out to eat so we are having last night’s leftovers.

Had leftover tuna and spaghetti and 3 bruschetta with the fresh tomatoes from Tina's porch pots garden. Had a brownie for dessert. Tina baked them earlier this morning.

A cheeseburger on a potato bun with fried onions, American cheese, pickles, and ketchup. Homemade coleslaw on the side.

Leftover wings, corn and my favorite caprese-ish salad.

Many of my basil leaves are bitter. Probably from all the rain we've had.

Cheese Burgers tonight, with fresh corn on the cob just picked late afternoon today.
Lunch was a fresh head of cauliflower steamed, buttered, and salt and peppered.
Tina and I shared it.

Tried a different Rub tonight - I keep this around for
seasoning my Bean Pot, but ... why not ??
BTW - Tenderloin was rockin with flavor !

Rubbed Pork Tenderloin over Peppered Rice,
Steamed, Buttered Sprouts...

It Was Burger day for us. Tina had a plain no bun burger pan fried and a corn on the cobb. I had a cheese burger on a bun with tomato; onion, and cheese, lathered with mayo. Plus, another cheese burger naked, and a yellow corn on the cobb; buttered and seasoned with Old Bay seasoning.
Now...... L00King for dessert of something ???/ gotta look. <()> <()>
Found it. ......, A chocolate ice cream sandwich.

Griddle is nice. I like the three burner thermostats that can be independently adjusted. Lots of luck with the new griddle and great food that will come out of it.
