i'm making smushed burger w/ pepper & sage creme gravy, also making cabbage, carrot, & that! & i've many a 'shroom 2 use, too, & figuring a use

Costco has their 'Seafood Road Show' today, and I'm going. That's where I always get those huge shrimp that are the size of my hand.

So we'll be having seafood tonight in some form, I just don't know what yet.
