Christmas cookies

Well I have started baking.

I made the dough for 5 cookies:

1. Peanut Butter Cookies
2. Chocolate Chip Cookies
3. Cream Cheese and Jelly Cookies
4. Caramel Acorns
5. Snickerdoodles

I placed the dough in 1 gallon zip bags, smoothed it to a nice flat layer and put them to chill.

DD made the snickerdoodles last night by herself. One sheet came out over brown.

I will hopefully bake the others today and tomorrow.

I have several other cookies planned.

I will put together a plate and take a picture when I'm done with them all.

The cream cheese and jelly are thumbprint cookies.
I used 4 different fillings (1.5 dozen of each flavor):
strawberry jam, peach preserves, apricot preserves and cherry preserves.

I meant to say the cream cheese and jelly thumbprint cookies have a cream cheese based cookie.

I baked the Caramel Acorns (I'll dip them in caramel and nuts later or tomorrow) and the Chocolate Macadamia Cookies With White Chocolate Chunks cookies today.

I still want to make Texas Sandies and cream cheese spritz cookie gun cookies (red and green trees most likely).

I made the dough for Pecan Tassies. I'll bake them tomorrow.

DD's requested a second batch of Snickerdoodles and a second batch of chocolate chip cookies.

I did the Snickerdoodles today and will do the chocolate chip tomorrow.

I have a couple others I'd like to make.

it's a 'normal' brownie mix out of the box, with melted Andes Mints on top. those are a layer of mint between two chocolate layers. individually wrapped in foil...
