I tried to be adventorous in my cooking last night.  I marinaded some chicken in balsamic vinagrette.  I also minced some garlic and added that along with some red onion chuncks.  It was good, but not as good as I would have liked.  Do you have any suggestions?  I am not even sure what was missing, but something was.  Almost like it needed to be breaded or something- any suggestions are appreciated!
