I sautéed these in duck fat for a brunch sandwich and are not bad. They sell them at Costco.

I dunno, John - doesn't frying the "healthier sausage" in duck fat kind of negate the benefits?

OTOH, duck fat has to make them taste better.

I buy Applegate and the Johnsonville chicken apple sausages and have found that browning them in a little butter is good.
I've never used duck fat.

Sass, I just read a blurb where one of the Queen‘s chefs would fry her bangers in duck fat so I had to get some. I got it at Marlene’s the other day. Matt loves fried potatoes in duck fat.
