Thanks! I just got back celebrating with my mom and am going out to dance and hear a live band tonight with friends. It is nice to be remembered. I am blessed that I still have my mom with me; she almost died. She had a bad virus that settled in her lungs and things looked very bad at the beginning of this month. She is still delicate but bouncing.

My Sweet Prince turns 6 today.

I wasn't sure where to put this since my son is not part of the forum, so I put it here. My sweet boy, Perry, turns 6 years old today! You all have been so kind and welcoming to me, and if you will indulge me, I would like to share a little bit of his journey with y'all. He was born almost 3 months premature and had basically a 50/50 shot of survival. I became seriously ill and almost died after his birth. We both survived and he is, without a doubt, a miracle and will forever be my hero. Here are a few pictures of our journey thus far :) Thank you for letting me share. :heart:

First off, he is beautiful. The smile in the third pix almost drips with love and resolve.

Happy birthday to him and his mom who obviously loves him so much. It must make your heart sing just to see him every day.
