Brats on the grill tonight; white Bavarian, Andoville, and traditional brat.

Bag o brats… Stewart’s Meats makes their own brats and these taste just like what we got in Germany. Their white brats are commercially made and knew that so I got the white brats from Usingers. They will be grilled but done on the cool side of the grill, not over the coals as they burst quickly over the coals.

Tonight’s brats were WinCo brats I got in February. Nancy thought they tasted old, I thought they were fine so more for me. I had Maille coarse mustard and Düsseldorf mustard on mine. The sauerkraut was Kühne from Germany. The buns were pretzel buns from TraderJoe’s.
