Thank you so much, everyone!

Had a great Memorial Day weekend, and though I had to work today, my DR made me a wonderful dinner of chicken with vodka sauce and penne, and bought two different kinds of Ben and Jerry's, AND a red velvet birthday cake! LOL!

Lots of birthday wishes from so many people who have touched my life!

Thanx everyone! Sass, I love that cake - it's so ME. It ain't easy being green! Yes, Lee, my day began with my bride making me breakfast in bed - I had all manner of feline help eating it, too. Now it's off to the resort for the lunch rush and beyond and then home for DW's birthday dinner. I asked for lasagna - we'll see how that translates. I think it's going to be real fun being 31! It won't be long until I become permanently 39.............

Hi, All - The birthday boy doesn't know about any of this, but his dad and my two sisters-in-law and I are taking Ian and his two brothers all out for dinner tonight to a place in Portsmouth called Bugaboo Creek Steak House where anyone with a birthday gets serenaded by "Bill the Moose" and then has to kiss the moose afterwards. They're probably going to murder us for it but that's half the fun. Rather then celebrating each birthday separately it's simply easier to do all three of them together, all at once. Ian complains that he never got to celebrate his birthday just for him but he's so lucky to have his two brothers to share it with, I think. My sister and I were so far apart in years that it was always lonely on my birthday.
