Best Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

2 six ounce cans white tuna in water, well drained

1/3 cup Mayo/salad dressing - I used Hellman’s

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

1 teaspoon flat leaf parsley

S & P to taste

3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dry minced red onion flakes

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

garlic powder

a squirt or 2 of lemon juice

Mix well and serve on crackers or in a sandwich.

I have everything that's listed there as well as the stuff I bought for the tuna salad I posted.
Looks like it's gonna be tuna salad wraps and sandwiches next week.
I bought whole wheat tortillas today just for that purpose.

I subbed minced vidalia onion for the dried red flakes, and used Sargento fine shredded parm.
Everything else was per the recipe.
Got it chilling until dinner.
The taste off the spoon was wow!
I'll have it in a whole wheat tortilla, with lettuce.
I'd say it makes enough for 2 large or 4 small sandwiches.

I need to do this soon. Have you noticed Hellman’s - Best here in the West is runny? I bought a jar of Blue Plate to try. Trader Joe’s markets a good mayonnaise, as well.
