I just put two loaves of banana bread in the oven and haven’t made any in years. I used Martha Stewart’s recipe. Now to clean up.

Oh, oh! I used a whole cup of sour cream, not a 1/2 cup. The batter seemed a thick so maybe I’m good.

I had to give it another 15 min before the toothpick came out clean. I’ll have some with afternoon tea.

It came out fine albeit a bit tender, probably due to to much sour cream, and tastes great.
