3 Days to Spain!

It's almost here! We leave Sunday for Spain, Gibralter and Tangier. Between the Storm and getting ready and getting ready for the trip, I haven't been around much. I'll see you all when we get back.

Here we have tea tasters. They get paid well too. Every tea exporter should get the service of a tea taster.

Fried Camembert with blueberry salsa and balsamic glaze

Grilled octopus (I had already eaten half when I remembered to take a pic.)

Langostinos in garlic (shrimp)

Spinach and chickpeas (ok - but not our favorite)

Sorry- another half eaten - avocado stuffed with chicken salad and shrimp (wonderful)

Salmorejo. Related to gazpacho but not the same.

Churros and chocolate - yes it’s a thing here

No, we didnt do that. judy is terrified of heights. We hired a private tour van and they drove us to the top. She sat on the floor of the van all the way up
