Good Friday

Easter Sunday

Breakfast:

Colored eggs
Mom's Italian Easter Meat Pie (Pizzagaina)
Sweet Pie

Lunch/Appetizers:

Stuffed Artichokes
Stuffed Mushrooms


Dinner:

Eye Round
Burgundy Pan-gravy
Mashed Potatoes
Sweet potato (DD requested)
Asparagus
Baby Spinach


Dessert:

Mini Cheesecake (6 inch)
Cherry pie topping

No pics. Wasn't feeling well but did make the soup and garlic bread. The other stuff DD's helped with. I only ate a little soup and half piece of garlic bread. Still need to make the pies and cheesecake. May not color eggs.

Kathy, Babs and I had Polish Easter tonight. Blue Seal kielbasa, haluski (fried cabbage, noodles, onion, tons of butter, bacon and dill), colored eggs, garlic loaf. Babs brought wonderful macarons for dessert.
