I baked Low Carb Gluten Free Banana chocolate chip cookies View attachment 69585
They are very soft! I baked them at 350° for the maximum amount of time, 13 minutes so I’m not sure if they should have baked longer. They taste great!What did you think, Sharon?

Thank you, Lee. I only use the bread machine to make the dough. I baked a loaf in the machine and didn't like the finished bread with the big holes in the bottom where the paddles are.Wow, lovely, Peep! That raisin swirl looks luscious! I don't think I've ever seen the products of bread machines look as nice as those.
