Changed the asparagus to Caesars Salad...yum...stuffed!

I'm thinking Garlic Steak Bites with a new-to-me recipe for Baked Potatoes with Whipped Feta and pan roasted asparagus.

I order Christmas cards in October. I write them out in November. I mail them the day after Thanksgiving. Our gift list is really small and usually online, so they get shipped directly to folks - have you seen the price of postage these days!? If I don't pace myself, I get very frazzled too...

Just the two of us here too. And MIL, but she doesn't leave the house much, these days. So, I'll make meatloaf, of some kind, on Wednesday. Probably chicken apricot glazed. With that, I'm thinking baked yams and maybe Harvard beets. We'll take a plate of that over to mom on Thursday for her...

One cup of coffee? LOL...there was a place at our local mall called "Bang, Bang Noodles." The stuff from Trader Joe's is called Boom Boom Shrimp. Lack of caffeine caused the confusion, I think. :lol:

I've got some l/o rice so I'm thinking, ham fried rice, Bang Bang Shrimp (frozen from TJ's) and I'll steam some pot stickers too (also from the freezer).

I'm trying a new recipe for stuffed peppers, 'cuz I have everything to make them. We'll have some mandarin oranges too...and maybe a salad. We'll see. :unsure:

Can you make enough for 2, please? I'm on my way!

I'm making a kit meal, without the kit, tonight. Beans, rice, shredded beef...just sounds good.

Meatloaf is making a repeat performance! Tonight, meatloaf sandwiches and fritos. Later, the b'day cake is likely to reappear too! :clap:

Today was a big b'day for DH. I asked him what he wanted for dinner and he requested pot roast. Can do, but since he finally made his request after NOON (!!), he had to settle for l/o pot roast from the freezer. I did make fresh veggies to go with it. And, tonight is cake! -- Our neighbor...

First snow is always such a peaceful feeling.

Tomorrow is DH's birthday....so today, I've made cake! But that's for tomorrow. Today, we're having meatloaf, mashed taters, gravy and a salad.

We watched the 2025 Guillermo del Toro adaptation of Frankenstein on Netflix. Different, entertaining, we enjoyed it. If you like Frankenstein stories, you should like this one.

We've been veggie out, watching Netiflix...so I'm raiding the freezer. We'll have Sweet & Sour Chicken with a pot of rice cooker Jasmine rice and a store bought salad kit. Now....back to movies!
