We were out this afternoon, Nancy at VA Art group and me at cardiologist. I picked her up and on way home we stopped at Chalet again. I’ve been wanting their chicken and joes and figured this will be my last chance. I could only eat 3 of the joes. She wants us to start the Whole 30 diet plan again. 
Today I'll make the other sirloin.
Going to make an asparagus, tomato, goat cheese and artichoke side to accompany.

Thanks for the trick. I forgot about that. The therapist had me do that a few years ago. I have more O2 hoses all over the house. some I had piped in a conduit so I can reach different area's of the house. I have a portable unit if I have to go further. It's a pain.

Today we had chicken soup. 
Feeling a tad better. Still weak, and no appetite. The sore throat went away, and coughing settles in the day. DD cut my hair after supper today and at least it makes me feel good.
So far Tina is holding ok. Crossing our fingers. She is always sick for the holidays. God bless her.
It really doesn't get better." I wish everybody had a great VETERANS DAY". DD wanted me to just show my DD-214 and so she could get me a meal at Applebee's. but I was too sick feeling.
