Ouch! I have a Sparkle soda machine. It makes bubbly using citric acid and baking soda, instead of the carbonator canisters. I like it because I cannot tolerate the High Fructose Corn Syrup. There is a "Dr. Pete" flavor, made by Sodastream that works just fine to flavor Sparkle made stuff...

I made a meal that is much the same as a Meal Kit that I've had in the past. Chicken breasts with Apple/Cranberry Chutney, Roasted Brussel sprouts and mashed taters with a Rosemary gravy. It was great food for a drizzly day. We enjoyed it!

Have you ever tried a baked version, THIS ONE works well with Sole too, although the recipe doesn't name sole. Super easy, especially if you keep a jar of the spices already mixed.

I hear that today is National Taco Day...so, sounds like a good excuse to have tacos! Now the question is, what kind of tacos. :unsure:

Made pizza for lunch. Later, I went looking for inspiration in the freezer. Instead, I found a readymade meal! We're having Skillet Chops & Rice, from the freezer. That gave me time to sit & watch a movie!

Oh gosh, LT! Great minds & all that. We're having the same thing...except our fish will be baked Halibut, with oven roasted baby potatoes and pan roasted asparagus. Other than that, exactly the same! ;) Pictures to come...

Below is a shot of last night's chicken, in the Showtime. Dinner was great, but there's plenty of leftovers too! So, tonight, I'm using about half of the leftovers to make Taco Salads. There will be tortillas, baked into bowls and then filled with freezer refried beans, lime rice, chicken...
