Supper was a meat and mashed potato pie and a sausage roll. I guess the sausage roll was for breakfast but didn’t know. They were both good and would have them again.

This picture was an accident but liked it. I made toast and topped with Benecol oleo, and homemade current jelly. My second cup of coffee was better than the first. The bread 🍞 is low calorie “Naked” bread.

Back in 89 we went to see Gordon Lightfoot at the Kennedy Center in DC. It was a great performance. I went to nursing school with a gal whose father was supposed to make that voyage but had something come up and had to cancel. One of his buds took his place.

Tonight is football and leftovers.

My sons are flying to Vegas and not worried. Knock on wood.🪵

It was and just thrown together.

Supper was a ham, Brussel sprouts, and sweet potato tray bake. It was all seasoned with balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.

Nancy is going to do something with a big slice of Cook’s ham with Brussels sprouts and sweet potato on the side.

I see it’s snowing in Chicago. My bud in Ontario is getting hit, too.

We are still eating albacore we home canned in 2021. 🙄

Supper was roasted carrot soup with Pheasant Brand Polenta corn bread, nice and gritty.

My gun club is doing a wild game feed in December but not sure if that is in lieu of the Christmas party. My wife and I are on our own for Thanksgiving, first time since we met in 1971. We are going to get a full Thanksgiving meal catered from Metropolitan Market. I’ll let her decide what to...

Late supper was pizza- peaches, fontina, and prosciutto reheated in the air fryer. Tasty.

We are at hospital to visit Ann. I stayed in car. We’ll have peach pizza out of freezer when we get home.
