I thought about getting up & get some Ketchup. That would have been good on it. When still on the stove, I decided against adding cheese too. It was tasty, & it filled me up.

We have a pretty fancy Seafood Restaurant, and bar here in Joplin Mo. I spent $25, for fish and chips that were terrible. Yes, I love the crunchy crust of LJS. When I was a small child, I would ask my mom, if she could just cook the crust on the chicken and forget the meat. LOL.
