My good friend Reza, dropped off a large container of Stamboli Polo I ate 1/2 the container so far. My friend came from Iran over 30 years ago. The brown object in the back is a very tasty Potato. The potato goes to the bottom of the pan, rice, pork, & Veggies go on top.
