What are you eating Sunday, 12/7/2025 to Saturday, 12/13/2025?

I've got some l/o Coconut Rice thawing and some chicken breasts marinating in a sauce I use for chicken satay. I think I'll cook the chicken on my panini press. To fill out the plate, I'll do a quick stir-fry for a couple of zucchini and we'll have a salad too. Oh, and I already made some warm peanut sauce to use with the chicken and/or the salad.

Made the sandwich.
I went to the deli counter and had the girl slice me 3 large slices of Kretcschmar corned beef, and 3 slices of Walnut Creek Swiss.
I added coleslaw and some Hidden Valley secret sauce.
Potato chips and pickles too.
I have enough corned beef and cheese for two more sandwiches.

SOS was on the menu today... In the Navy we nicknamed it, S**t on the shingles.
( Smoked chipped beef on bread with creamed peas and carrots ). Tina added the peas and carrots, but I only like the cream sauce. I loved it, but it is high in sodium which i'm not supposed to have too much of.
