What's On Your Dinner🔔 Plate--Sunday October 5 - Saturday 11 2025

I used Van de Kamp's fish sticks from the air fryer.
They are the best fish sticks in my opinion 😋
Lettuce, pico, shredded cheese blend and Secret Sauce.

I bought some taco holders too.
They were at Walmart.
I've been meaning to get some.
If you flip them over, they hold 3.

Still working on my crock-potted turkey breast. Had some leftover broccoli so I made a turkey/broccoli quesadilla with all kinds of good stuff in it. I wasn't too hungry and I did want a salad, so I just used one small tortilla, folded over. I have plenty of stuffing leftover so tomorrow night I'll do the 2-tortilla quesadilla.

It was cod fish in a butter wine sauce, stove top stuffing, and canned spinach.
Apple pie for dessert. Apples are starting to dominate the farm stands now.
That sounds like a classic comfort meal — simple but really satisfying! 🥧🍎 The butter wine sauce with cod must’ve been delicious, and apple pie this time of year is hard to beat. Fresh local apples make all the difference!
 
Supper is already baked. All has to be done is plop it in the microwave to heat it.
It's what we call "Mikes Casserole"! A friend of ours who hated casseroles.
I'll photo it later . All it is, is mixed frozen veggies, ground beef. muffins and grated mozzarella on top. Stick it in the oven and bake till the cheese browns and melts.
 
I got the extra crispy honey bbq chicken meal.
Had a piece of chicken and the biscuit for lunch.
I'll have the rest later.
