I had bad cramps in my lower back,
LT suggested to drink some pickle juice, and/or
A spoonful of Mustard. It worked. I can’t stand for very long, so a dumb dinner for me tonight.

Omg that looks phenomenalI made a grilled half of a Cuban sandwich with one of my pork katsu chops, deli smoked ham, pickles and mustard on Dave's white (I omitted the cheese). Served with the best tomato soup ever!
Delicious and I have enough of everything to do it again!

We had a pork loin with mashed potatoes, and stovetop stuffing. Gravy made from the pot fond and juices. Carrots for the veggie.
Unfortunately, it was very fatty, and sinew laden. We just picked at it, and left the rest of it for the racoons and possums, or whatever animal wishes to chew on it. Tina said it may have been an elder pig. Would have been better to have had a rack of baby back ribs instead.

We stopped for lunch after Judy’s PT today. She ordered the most amazing Hawaiian Shrimp Tacos. Coconut shrimp with a pineapple Cole slaw and sweet chili sauce. They were soooo good!
