Probably the last smoke of the season - babybacks, one rack with Ah-So sauce and one rack with bbq sauce. These were so much easier than spare or St. Louis ribs! Three hours on the smoker, no wrapping, sauced and back on for 20 minutes. Perfect!

Served with (my garden) jalapeno cornbread muffins and Dr. BBQ's recipe for creamy cole slaw. Wonderful!

Had a microwaved Marie Callender Chicken pot pie. They are pretty good. Top and bottom crispy crust.
