These crabcakes were very good - actually had chunks of crab in them!

We are going out for Chinese, a new place i know nothing about.

Now I just got a call from the wife. She picked up a couple fillet mignon's, at the market so that is good news for today's supper. That's good for starters. A nice baked potato would be my choice for carbs. Yeah! Umm!.... with butter lava oozing from the mound of the potato.

Tina brought home the fillet steaks, but I put them on the list for tomorrow, after smelling the kielbasa loaf she bought. I piled it high on a hard roll with mustard. Oh so good. ( *burp* ).
Had French fried breaded zucchini sticks with it.

Awww, I would have loved to have seen a photo of that, Jimmy!

I'm half Polish and have never heard of kielbasa loaf. I just looked up a recipe for it and think I might give it a try!
