What are you eating Sunday, 1/17/2020 to Saturday, 1/23/2021?

Ravioli. Filling was roasted sweet potatoes, mascarpone, vanilla seeds, S and P. Sauce was EVOO, butter, onions, garlic, Marsala, S and P, and some pasta water. Had 2 scoops of filling left, so I used them as garnish since it was too good to throw away.

    Stuffed Cabbage question

No, I always forget and tell myself I'll remember next time. But, it's Jacque and Julia and every other tip/technique I've picked up from them has always worked so I'm sure it's legit.

Besides the galette yesterday, I also made a ricotta cheese pound cake, using the last bit of ricotta used in a couple of pasta dishes. Craig's having a nice sized piece of it now.

    What We're Eating January 10 - 16

Actually, that was all me. The galette was surprisingly easy to make and carpaccio is easy obviously. I made an oopsie when we went to the restaurant supply store. They were stocking and didn't have mascarpone out (it's MUCH cheaper there), so I asked. The guy asked me if I wanted the big 1...
