Five People Lost their Lives in Submersible Near Sunken Titanic!!!

Someone who has completed more dives and knows more about submersibles and the underwater environment than you can ever hope to.... And just so you know in the future , the correct terminology is many DIVES.

Five People Lost their Lives in Submersible Near Sunken Titanic!!!

There's no such thing as "many diving's." If you are going to write something, use the correct terminology. The submersible was operating independently of ANY governmental regulations at all, and I don't mean just U.S. regs. The adult passengers knew this, as did the pilot. Those people took...

Five People Lost their Lives in Submersible Near Sunken Titanic!!!

Me either. When I heard that, I was like WTF? You do realize that means you could conceivably die from suffocation ON THE SURFACE because of that. I would not get in a submersible designed like that. Also I swear reporters can say the downright stupidest things sometimes. We were watching...

    What's For Dinner? Sunday June 18 - Saturday 24

A picky meal for us. Shrimp cocktail using 15 count Royal Red shrimp, marinated red bell and onions, and prosciutto wrapped grilled asparagus. Salted caramel ice cream for dessert.

    Frozen dinner recommendations please.

We recently got Farm Fresh jalapeno poppers. Might as well have been green peppers and they were not cooked through enough to bite through so the whole piece of jalapeno pulled out plus the stuffing. Besides that, the breading had an unpleasant texture to me. They were cooked in the big oven...

    Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

Found my recipe, cheddar crusted chicken back in 2021. A few more ingredients than above and it uses sour cream instead of mayo. It's going on our menu plan for next week instead of fried chicken.

    Melt In Your Mouth Chicken

I've made something similar as well with cheddar. It was excellent. I think Craig went back for thirds if I remember correctly. Need to make it again.

    Funny Pictures, Cartoons etc.

Believe it or not, it was my high school music teacher that pointed it out to us kids in the swing choir. She was pretty cool, though parents would have been horrified at some of the things she talked to us about. She was probably in her late 20s, so only about 10-12 years older than us.

What's On The Plates Sunday June 11- Saturday 17

Out for errands so went to The Flashback Diner. Craig had an Ollie Burger and I had a classic burger, both with fries. Their patties are more like smash burgers than anything else.

Ground beef stroganoff over noodles. No pic because, well, of what it looks like.

What's On The Plates Sunday June 11- Saturday 17

Brisket hash made from some of the leftover brisket Craig smoked a while back that we portioned and froze. Rest of ingredients were chopped red bell, onion, a bit of half sour pickle, some pickle juice and worchestershire, S&P, eggs on top. Besides the fact that I broke my yolk when I flipped my...

What's On The Plates Sunday June 11- Saturday 17

From many, many years back, the signature salad made tableside from The Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne, Florida. We made it a meal salad by increasing the "goodies." The dressing is their special honey-mustard.

What are you eating Sunday, June 4th through Saturday, June 10th?

The serving was about egg sized. Craig likes it a lot more than I do so he got the bulk of it. Plus, I like the vegetables better anyway.

What are you eating Sunday, June 4th through Saturday, June 10th?

Nicoise salad. Tonnino jarred tuna filets at 12 o'clock, then clockwise grape tomatoes, French green beans, HB eggs, nicoise olives (I pitted them), potatoes tossed with white wine while hot, and sliced radish. Dressing was fresh thyme, white wine vinegar, S&P, Dijon mustard, a tiny bit of...

What are you eating Sunday, June 4th through Saturday, June 10th?

Craig likes that brand for tuna salad, but I'm pretty sure he gets the yellowfin in olive oil.
