I'm making One-Pot Turkey Skillet Pie but I'll use Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix instead of the one in the recipe. Leftovers for mom tomorrow.

This was truly excellent. I'll be making this again. I might even use the sauce for other combos...

I'm trying a new recipe tonight, the Best Ever Chinese Chicken, but I'm cutting back on the chicken. Everything is prepped and I've got Jasmine rice in the rice cooker.

I've got one half of a chicken brining. I think I'll try something new with it for tonight's dinner. I'll do something with some red potatoes too...and a salad.

Planning Taco Tuesday!! Just ground beef tacos, corn tortillas with all the fixin's...and we'll have some beans too.

I have some herbs growing in my hydroponic garden...and the dill needed some trimming. ;) So, I made a dinner that would lean into the dill. Chicken, Spinach+ salad and Pita bread. OMG! I need to make this dinner more often. Yum!

I have different throw pillows for the window seats. I change them out by seasons.

I made another of these today. This time, to take to Mom. I cut back to 2 eggs & 1/4 cup of cottage cheese. But I added an 1/8 of a teaspoon of Baking Powder mixed into about 2 tablespoons of water. It made it fluff up nicely.
