Chicken, twice baked tater and coleslaw.

A night for comfort food....and I found a recipe similar to a recipe I lost many, many years ago...Burger Bowls (or Meat Cups) with mashed taters, cheesy gravy and green peas. DH pronounced it fun.

Seems like there's a run on the chicken meals tonight! I've got a chicken brining in the fridge. I'm going to use the Showtime Rotisserie for it later today. I'm thinking a can of Glory Red Beans & Rice along with some of the Corn Casserole from the freezer will fill out the plate. :unsure:
