We're having Curried Seafood Salad. Lots of lettuce, some celery and green onion, topped with King Crab meat and jumbo shrimp. l've got the curried dressing chilling in the fridge and I'm baking some banana bread too.
I've got a turkey tenderloin in the sous vide. We'll have that with Harvard Beets, gussied up Stove Top stuffing (celery, onions & chicken broth), gravy and (freezer) cranberry sauce.
Ran out and picked up a Papa Murphy's "Combo" pizza to simplify tonight's dinner. Have to take MIL to the DDS at 3:30 since she doesn't get up until 1PM. Sigh.
Stuck in the house for a few days as we are having the driveway seal coated. So, I've made a batch of dog food for the pups, Monte Cristos for lunch for us...and now I'll start working on a batch of Albondigas for our dinner! Whew! :chef:
