Well Chow, if it wasn't for the fact that you burped I would have suggested a trade! A slice for one of those!!
It does look scrummy Mav, perhaps I'll try a veg variation.
Oh man!! now you're talking, but.. I hate olivesSpinach, mushrooms, black olives and onion is the favorite veg version.

You're on!
You put the whole sausage tube on the pizza?! Wholy Moly. I never would have guessed. And the way the crust rolls up and stays there in the individual slices... I thought you might cut that off or something.... That is one fine looking pie, Mav.
I gotta ask, having just cooked sausage, how come it's not all greasy looking? It looks great.
Oh man!! now you're talking, but.. I hate olives![]()
Well I love olives but a mushroom, spinach and onion one is still real good!

The sausage "leaked" out of the casing while cooking. This happens when the sausage is made as a rope, rather than tied off into a ring. Here's a recipe of what's in the sausage... http://www.theingredientstore.com/joesplace/swap1.pl?noframes;read=7234What is that food at the top of your plate, Joe? Is the sausage "leaking" or did one come apart? I never heard of this sausage, tell me about it please. Do you buy it or make it? And man those potatoes look good. I still haven't come up with a side for my sausage and red gravy subs. I better think quick if I'm going to make one.
I'll do it!!
Gimme Lean does have a "sausage" too.. hmmmmmmmm yep yep yep!
That is too cool, a take on the "Jimmy Dean" brand I take it? LOL!

Yea I noticed that too Constance... so-so cuts are still expensive, good cuts suddenly cheap... go figure!

Gee.. me too Sattie, but I think I was a wee bit more excited about it! LOL.

Name a time, date and restaurant and I will be there. What about Michael Symon's--a bit pricey but the food is wonderful! We live close enough that me and DW sometimes walk past Barb's home. You're just down the pike, and I think Wart is somewhere in the area as well. I think we should meet someplace neat like the West Side Market or some other foodie site.
Anyway, here was my ethnic din-din tonight. Hungarian rice sausage (Hurka) and home fried potatoes. Also had a great salad and some fresh cake mix cookies (Carrot cake mix with oatmeal, granola and golden raisins.)
