For dinner Nancy made a braised bbq beef short rib dish from a recipe she found on the net. It was different and quite tasty, almost like a curry. She cut back on the cayenne and it was still to hot for her but I was fine with it.

Ribs look wonderful! I would have only used a pinch of cayenne. Or ancho powder.
