My original idea was a stir fry, but I had no plain white rice - so I used the contents of a box of Rice a Roni (minus the seasoning packet).
It's got shrimp, sliced carrot, onion and broccoli.
Birds Eye teriyaki cauliflower wings on the side.
Spent an overnight mini-vaca at a friends' house and we ordered out. I got a "bar pizza", a 10-inch thin-crust pizza with crispy bottom crust that's really popular on the south shore of MA. Linguica, banana peppers and mushrooms. Quite good!
Also got a huge Greek salad. The hard boiled egg is not traditional, but appreciated.
We had too many snacks in the afternoon, so I could only eat a little of each.
I got some Pettit Sirloins out of the freezer and will grill while the weather is nice. The snow never showed but it is very windy. The side will be asparagus.

I made a double muenster cheese burger on brioche with mayo and thick bread a butter pickles.
Also decided to make seasoned potato wedges last minute.
A couple of them even puffed while baking.
I like it when they do that lol
I had shrimp diablo in a Mexican restaurant in Nampa last year and it was difficult to eat it all for my Anglo tastes. They look to be similar, now that I’ve thought about it.
