I'm go do a replay of last night pan grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts with Pollo Asado seasoning, white Rice with seasoned rice wine vinegar( my favorite thing to add to white Rice) cottage cheese with Lowry's seasoning and fresh steamed zucchini and yellow crookneck squash seasoned with a little butter and Jane's crazy mixed up salt.

Started some no-knead pizza dough last night 1/3 whole wheat, 1/3 white and 1/3 semolina flour. When this dough is allowed to work a full 24 hours, it takes on a nice sourdough like flavor. Topping will be the standard tomato sauce, pepperoni for the MIL. We will have pesto with leftover grilled chicken breast on ours.
b/s chicken breasts or pan fried fish, not sure which yet... and a big salad

Looks Good peep...I made Macaroni Salad for a side tonight. Hub and DD just got back from dentist so time to make the burgers and green salad. BBL
What's that flour in the center made out of?....Salami???
If it was...that would be the one thing that would disappear first if I was around...LOL

Jimmy had Small Shells with chopped fried and carmelized onions and kidney beans....... Tinababy made it this afternoon.
It was great..but I don't prefer small shells macaroni's.
DW likes them because they are easy for her to digest.
I like big Big BIG stuff in my mouth... I want to chew; not nibble.

Thats a tomato skin rose and parsley for the leaves.
I like small shells. I prefer them for macaroni salad, mac and cheese and any "heavy" thick sauce as the shells catch the goodies inside. LOL

Cast iron pan fried Cheeseburger (American cheese, red onion, pickle, Tabasco Brand Hot N Thick Spicy Ketchup on a poppy seed Kaiser roll), homemade macaroni salad (pictured above with a tomato rose garnish), green salad (iceberg lettuce, red and green butter lettuce, red onion, vine tomato, Kalamata olives, green olives, anchovies and feta cheese dressed with Greek vinaigrette).

The mac salad is so pretty. Too pretty to spoon any up and disturb the top! Thank you Nan!! The burger was just light pink in the center and so juicy. I have some of everything but rolls left. This was actually my lunch. I didn't feel like eating earlier. Some I will have another burger later so I can take my pills.

Sass Muffin ..chicken and slaw looks great! I had wanted some burgers tonight, but a certain someone else, froze the hamburger in the 3 LB family pack all in one. I always break it up, and freeze it in zip lock bags flattened out thin...Thaw is fast that way.
Sweet & Sour slaw??? Clue for that? Please?? I like slaw, but I only get bitter ones. I like a little sweetness.

It's just coleslaw mix, sugar, vinegar, oil, chopped green bell pepper.
Sometimes I make it with green onion too.
After seeing Peeps burger, and all these lovely burgers... I am thinking that's what's going to be my din din tomorrow night! LOL
I'd like to do something using tomatoes.. like this..

Lee...took a second look at the burger, and noticed the spiral ketchup and mustard on the bun. LOL...My method of dressing up a burger too.
DW drops hers in little dots...and DD adds like a 1/4 cup right in the center, and then slaps the top bun and presses fast, and watch out when it squirts all out the sides. DW gets peeved at her because it is so much waste, and she will not use that spewed ketchup for her fries or anything else. its all new globs or she will get peeved, and then mention, "I will buy you a bottle; it's cheap!" ...See...Easy Come..Easy Go!

Thanks for the mix sweet sour slaw. I just remembered..DUHHH! I have one of those old turn the crank moulinex grating machines. I don't like slaw done in the processor machine, but I do love the grater blade on the hand machine.
I want burgers too... Me Want burger (s) .. Ummm..with cold Chocolate Milk to wash down. Pickle On side, and Sass Slaw.
