lol, i remember sending a single line of text, then waiting minutes to see if it uploaded. it was like we landed on the moon when you saw it go.

yeah, some people capitalized, but they were the "college english" snobs. engineers have never been known for their ability to write.

Peeps, you have so many wonderful dishes you show us every day! I would think your problem would be just limiting it to 5!!!!!

Thank you BUT they are just thrown together and not in any shape to be a actual recipe. I don't really have many recipes with actual MEASURMENTS. Most of them wouldn't be acceptable. Sometimes I stop and measure but not very ofetn. I can guesstimate.

I believe many many good recipes come from folks who have to do exactly that peeps. They usually don't measure but, to give the recipe to others you have to measure to pass the dish along. :thumb:

Pastina and Eggs (I made this - I love it!)

Broiled Lamb Loin Chops (your photos of this and your Greek salad were amazing!)

Sausage Bread

WOW really? Thank you!! Glad you liked the pastina and eggs. I guess I got the measurements right. LOL I do remember the pastina and eggs recipe. I didn't think I posted recipes for the last 2.

OK I will figure out which ones I think are good.
 
Okay, I just sent SS two more of my favorite recipes: Smashed Radishes and Cucumbers, and Grilled Carrots.

How's everyone else coming along with their submissions?

i was just gonna suggest your spinach pies peeps, but you beat me to it.

you know, it might be helpful for members to request recipes from other members to help the latter decide what to submit.

i would have never thought to enter the pea soup with ham recipe until mama suggested it. it's pretty basic.
when i spoke to my wife, she said she agreed with mama and suggested a few more of her favourites that i make. then she wondered why i was calling my mom "mama", and when did my mom become an online foodie.

lol, j/k about the last part. :mrgreen:

but suggestions will help people decide what to submit.
