I made this yesterday, but It wasn't perfect till today.
. I had 2 Qts of tomato's from
garden, and plenty of spicy peppers. I bought some Mexican dry peppers, &
I rehydrated them & put in the Chili pot, 3 lbs of Ground beef, & dry
red beans & seasoning.

Tonight is dinner at Toscano’s. While I was at hospital Nancy made a cherry clafoutis for our dessert/birthday cake.

I had oysters to start and the prime ribeye with garlic French fries.
I'll be having strip steak today too.

Nancy and Ann went to the garden show in Seattle and will get something up there. I got some Van’s waffle and a pound of sausage.

Dinner today will either be Boursin pasta with bacon and tomato - or I'll make a meal out of Rotel dip and tortilla chips!
Yup ! Turnips instead of potatoes helped me lose those 50 pounds !
