We ate outside on their big patio and several stories up. The restaurant is in part of the hospital complex. I had PEI oysters with a shot of Ketel One and chicken saltimbocca with a savory succotash.

Char Sui bacon! Capital idea! I've made my own Char Sui sauce before and it's great on ribs, but Ah-So sauce is very similar and a lot easier. Going to try that next time I get my smoker going!
