I'm new here I found this forum community very helpful for cooking that's way I'm here say hallo to community. I've been trying my hand at making homemade bread, and I keep encountering the same frustrating issue my loaves consistently collapse in the middle during or after baking. I've experimented with different recipes, proofing times, and oven temperatures, but the problem persists. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what tips or tricks do you have to share to help me achieve that perfect, lofty rise without the disappointing collapse?
