i'm ok. internet problems signing in for 4 days..... all resolved now; and the reason was internet was overloaded..so they say. password reset would not work, after days with the robot person, we finally got a live person. Got a notice they had a problem because they were compromised and all is ok now after doing some procedure's to make repairs.
