Whats on your plate 9/8/10?

Keltin, mhend, Sass and Peeps - thanks for the kudos. We really enjoyed our dinner. Daughter Justine joined us and LOVED those noodles, so she took half of them home (Jerry won't get any for lunch tomorrow. Well, maybe I will share.) The Korean beef is a work in progress. I used a base recipe that I got from AR, but I changed it for our tastes, so I need to work on it a bit. Then, I'll post it. It went nicely with the noodles. Keltin, I hope you fianlly got some dinner!

PS - mhend, love that meatloaf! I'm gonna make one very very soon. Made me hungry for meatloaf. Maybe tomorrow.
